I sell my items to zero feedback buyers, too. Everyone needs to start from somewhere. However I don't sell my items to buyers who received two unpaid item strikes within 6 months & who doesn't have Paypal account.

I'm selling my high-end brand name items lately. People ask me why I let many of them go. The answer is simple :) I want money for my son's education and I don't have a daughter to pass them on. At my age, my life style is getting simpler. I need a pair of garden glove more than Chanel :) I don't sell in huge volume at the same time because I believe QUALITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN QUANTITY - I take time to create my listings to show you the best I can and follow up until the item is in your hand. My buyers reserve that.

Because I consider myself a buyer more than a seller, I know exactly how you feel if you're forced to leave feedbacks. I accept Paypal only and it has to be your own Paypal account. It costs me more (commission to Paypal) but I strongly believe it should be in this way to protect you and my account. SORRY, NO OTHER PAYMENT METHODS. NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you have a problem bidding on my items, that's because I block buyers who don't have Paypal accounts.

To support my Payment methods, I ship my items to Paypal confirmed address and Paypal account owner only. I strongly believe it should be in this way to protect you and my account. I don't use First class mail for high-end brand name item although it's a tiny item such as a ring. I only use Priority mail for them. Please understand Priority mail is much safer to ship such expensive items. My handling fee is very small or almost none - you can go to USPS.com to see the actual postage amount. e.g. $4.90 priority mail to US domestic ($4.80 actual postage cost & 10 cents for my handling fee).

If you are not fully satisfied, please contact me within 3 days after you received the item for a full refund on the item only (less Ebay fees, Paypal fees and shipping). Your refund will be processed through Paypal as soon as I receive the item back. THE ITEM MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION ONLY.PLEASE MAKE SURE IT'S WELL PACKAGED WHEN YOU RETURN IT. BROKEN/MISSING PARTS/DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
