Tribal Hooker is not a huge corporation. This is not a negative aspect of our company. If you ask ANY of our customers on eBay they would say our customer service is like no other company out there. You are and will be treated like family through each transaction, not to mention after the sale. We do not sell our supplies and run. We are here, and will be here when you need us. Our company was created by a small group of Professional Tattoo Artists out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

We accept PayPal only through eBay. It is the most efficient and safe way to quickly process payments. We accept PayPal and Postal money orders through our company web site.

Our policy is for items to ship within 24-36 hours after the payment is received. Although when possible if an item is paid for late night/early morning it will ship within 12 hours of payment. Once the item is shipped, We will provide you with all available tracking information and the approximate date of delivery. All shipments are insured so that you receive your supplies in excellent condition.

We have a 7 day merchandise credit return policy on tattoo machines. All returns MUST be authorized before you ship them back to us, and you are responsible for the shipping charges. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number once the return is approved. There will be no returns of used machines. If you need help setting up your tattoo machine, send us a message through eBay or email us at sales@tribalhooker.com and we will help you. Needles and inks are not returnable.
