What's Important To Me
Family, 1st & foremost. My mother was diagnosed w/Stage IV ovarian cancer in 12/07 & I've made it a point to spend as much time with her as I can. Nothing else is as important to me as making sure she knows I'm there for her. She has shown me what true strength, courage, determination & faith are, & I am so proud to be her daughter. A portion of the money I earn from selling items here is going to help her, as she lost her job prior to getting diagnosed, & therefore does not have health insurance. She also lost her husband to suicide in 08, which has made a lot fall on me as an only child. Being told she has cancer has shown me what is truly important in life...it's not the money or the nice house or fancy car or anything else..for ME, it's about family & living life showing those around you how much you care. Life's too short not to!!
Business InformationHistory/background
I've been part of this community for a few years and strive to keep my positive feedback and good standing/rating within the eBay world.
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal since it's the fastest & easiest method. Items will be shipped ONLY when funds have cleared. No personal checks are accepted.
Shipping information
I mainly ship USPS priority mail and include delivery confirmation. I don't automatically include insurance, but advise buyers to select that option. I only ship within the United States and since the post office is so close to my home, I try to go as often as I can after the auction has been won and paid for. I know as a buyer, I want my items fast, so I try to do that for my buyers.
Return policy
I do not accept returns. My main reason is to avoid tampering. I used to work in a higher end retail chain of hair/skincare products & if we got a return, it was damaged out and never put back on the shelf. This ensured safety to the customers purchasing items on shelves, as we knew we weren't putting something back someone might have tampered with. When it comes to jewelry, it's for the simple assurance that someone wouldn't purchase, take out genuine stones and replace with fakes, only to ask to return it. In a nutshell....it's for safety reasons and being able to say that what I'm selling is guaranteed as I list it.
