Package was days late and I contacted the seller about it but specifically DID NOT request a refund. I did some research just now and found that they also shipped later than promised, too! While I was not provided with the courtesy of any reply, the seller took it upon themself to RECALL THE ITEM WHILE IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY THIS MORNING! A refund AND an explanation need to be their next steps. Their very unprofessional behavior and questionable practices are not the least bit appreciated.
