I prefer to ship priority since I can pass on the savings to the buyers (I get free boxes thanks to usps and ebay)-believe in not charging too much for handling believe in fair and reasonable shipping costs. I do combine shipping for multiple items.
Return policy
I will accept returns as long as the buyer returns the item in a timely manner, I will refund purchase price only-not shipping and handling. If item is broken buyer needs to send photo(s) to verify item was broken during shipping.
