I have been a Floral Artist for 25 years. I have owned my own Gift Shop. In 1998 I formed my own floral design Company. And joined the Ebay Community December 2006.

I prefer PayPal but accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and will work with my customers on alternative methods.

I ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. I take great care in packaging and ship UPS, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on cost efficiency. I only charge the exact shipping costs. I highly recommend insurance, as I cannot control what happens after shipment leaves my shop.

My priority is my Customers' satisfaction. Please contact me to resolve any problems. If shipment was not as described or pictured, I will refund payment minus shipping costs. Problems must be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment.
