Liquidation Lounge has been operating for less than a month but our team has over 2 years experience selling on eBay. Our other eBay store ,that we still currently manage, is a power seller with a feedback score over 1700 and has a 99% positive feedback rating. Even though our current operation is small we offer the same customer service and products as some of the larger eBay stores.
Payment policy
Currently we only except pay pal but other payment options will be available in the future.
Shipping information
Our products ship by usps priority mail and ups ground. We offer combined shipping upon request.
Return policy
We only accept returns if we shipped the wrong item. All returns must have prior approval or they will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items lost or damaged in shipping will be handled via a lost/damaged package claim with the shipping company. Item must remain in its original packaging. It is up to the buyer to contact us immediately if damage is suspected. We will file a claim on the buyer's behalf. When and if a claim is granted will we issue a replacement. If no replacement is available in our inventory, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price of their item. Patience is required by the buyer as the claims process may take several weeks to complete.
