I have work for my parents for many years in the past. My Mother owns a window covering business and my Dad owns his Chimney busness. I have seen what people buy and what they are most interested in. I have seen so many new things and know what is out there. I was raised in a very caring family. I was taught that everyones needs matter. I am here to serve my customes as best of my ability.
Payment policy
I prefer Pay Pal. It is fast and accurate. Cash though mail is unexceptable. Never send cash. It may get lost.
Shipping information
I have my products shipped as fast as the company will allow. I always ship my products on Tuesdays. That allows time for money to clear and hopefully the item to arrive that week or early the next week. So no longer then a week to ship, 2 to arrive. I do need my customs to inspect their item before the carrier leaves. I can't be with your item the whole trip and mistakes happen and items can get damaged. Most my items are fool proof, but still you never know.
Return policy
If it is not inspected upon delivery and returned with carrier we are not responsible for cost being shipped back. If you do need to ship it back once carrier has left you have 10 days to return it from day delivered. That is why it is very important for customer inspection. Hopefully none of this ever happens.
