I graduated from the Univ. of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas with a BA in English. I went to work at James Avery Craftsman, while in college, and stayed there for seven years. I worked two years on the sales floor and then moved to Assistant Mananger. Years later, I went to work for a local business, Events, in their stationery department. It was the third largest Crane distributor West of the Mississippi. I got an extensive background in customer service, and etiquette from my tenure there. I left there after five and a half years to work for Louis Vuitton. I started there as a sales associate and was promoted in two months to Assistant Manager of the Houston Galleria store. After that, I took a job managaing the retail stores at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Then, Louis Vuitton asked me to work for them again at their new Global store as the Leathergoods Manager of the store. I have extensive background in authentication and repair of fine leathergoods.
