Just what I needed

cheap construction,
construction of handle so cheap it was already disintegrating; big hole in tape. I will have to re-tape the handle with duct tape before it completely breaks apart. He horn part seems fine, handle is junk.

good value, hoping it stands the test of time
nice bright light at night; the light needed some modifications to fit the existing pole--not everyone will be able to figure out how to do it.
