We are the Rivers of Living Water Outreach Ministry. We operate a Thrift Store in Oxford, Alabama, and all proceeds benefit the ministry. Our ministry houses the homeless and rescues those trapped in addiction. God Bless You All....

History/background
We operate a Thrift Store from Monday thru Saturday with the hours of 8AM - 6PM CST (Central Standard Time). This is generally when we are able to check for emails with questions. If you do have a question, and we do not respond right away, we apologize in advance. We will answer your question as soon as store hours allow us to. Thank you for your patience on this.
Payment policy
We accept payment through PayPal. You may email us beforehand to check and see if we will take a money order, but usually the answer is yes. We also allow for local pick-up should the customer want to come by our Thrift Store.
Shipping information
We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. We generally ship by US Parcel Post (Estimated delivery date from 2-9 days), but will ship other options should you want a different method. We will ship via US Media Mail on any media products so as to save you a few dollars in shipping. We will ship Worldwide via USPS International, but please request a price quote before bidding if you live outside the continental United States. Please be patient with the USPS as, unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the Postal Service. We do get Delivery Confirmations on all items as to assure your delivery.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, or you feel like it was not described accurately, please feel free to contact us so we can work with you on a refund. We do not promise that we are experts on every item listed, and occasionally we do make mistakes, and we apologize in advance for that. We never leave bad feedback 'cause it's just not right in our opinion. So please contact us if you are thinking about leaving negative feedback, because we always want to work things out amicably. That's just how we are.....
