We've been in online sales for years. Ebay has allowed me to be a stay at home mom, which in turn allows me to give super quick responses on questions and immediate shipping for items. We have %100 positive feedback and believe that anything less than a perfect transaction is unacceptable and we strive to treat every customer as we want to be treated. We also place a lot of emphasis on fast shipping. Most items are shipped the next day or sometimes same day with tracking numbers and our feedback profile reflects that.

We accept Paypal, we also accept cashiers checks or money orders

I DO NOT overcharge for shipping!! That is the biggest pet peeve of mine. I usually win multiple auctions from a single seller to save on shipping, so when I do and the seller overcharges on shipping, it makes my blood boil. I will not treat our customers like that. We believe in treat others as how you would like. We usually ship out within 1 day of payment, sometimes same day, and usually priority mail for the quickest delivery at the best price. I'll usually give my buyers an option of standard mail to save more or priority unless it is a very small item like jewelry.

We make a big effort to describe exactly as item are,if items have been described wrong I am glad to give a refund. Unfortunately since the Post Office doesn't give refunds, neither can we on shipping, but we will provide cash back for items that have been described wrong if we receive them back within 7 days of purchaser receiving them.

We love combined shipping, and will usually state what it is in the auction, otherwise, we use exact weight rather than subtracting a specified amount. I believe that is the fair way to do it.
