Shipped the wrong item, not the knife I ordered. Same brand but wrong color, wrong style. I ended up keeping it because it was a great price but it was totally wrong. Positive review because they made it right by giving me a return label but I couldn’t get it to print correctly and that sealed the deal of me keeping the knife. The knife its self is nice and brand new, just not what I wanted. Shipping took all of 8-9 days.

False advertising. Be aware of this seller. Item was advertised as original lifevac. Unfortunately what I got was fake off brand. The bag doesn't have the lifevac logo, manuel, or the any stamp that shows lifevac. It's fake. I was out of town when I got the package just opened it and so mad that they cheated me. Knockoff big time. Return window closed today.
