I'm a Disney-addict. Our whole family is. We never tire of visiting the Parks and enjoy just about anything Disney. Of course, I don't know everything about Disney, but I know a bit. I'm always happy to share what I do know and am always open to learning new things about Disney.

My work experience entails over 25 years of IT experience coupled with extensive Customer Service training. From there I moved into Executive Management and Business Start-Ups. I also have experience in the Entertainment field. I take all of my business experience and apply it to my eBay business in order to sell effectively and treat my customers courteously and professionally.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal I am open to new payment methods, but eBay has us pretty roped in with regard to what payment methods we can accept (mostly PayPal and almost nothing else).
Shipping information
I will, by default, choose the cheapest method to ship an item in order to keep shipping costs down for my buyers. I am fair about my S&H costs. I am always happy to ship using a faster method if my customer prefers it. I just recalculate to that method and send a new invoice - no problems there! I strive to ship within 1 business day of receiving a payment.
Return policy
I am very picky about what I list. I only list quality items. All items are sold AS-Is, although I am very honest and descriptive about my items. I cannot take responsibility for uninsured items damaged in the mail. I will require insurance for some fragile items to protect everyone. If I have made an error in describing an item or there is a legitimate problem, I will refund the purchase price once the item has been returned. I am always open to questions or concerns from my customers and will do everything reasonably possible to insure satisfaction with each item.

THE LATEST NEWS
Sadly, I recently received a bad health diagnosis. Since my time here is now short, I am going to try and sell-off as much as I can while I have the time to put away as much for my daughters as I can. I do have some folks that are going to pitch in and help and my family may even try to keep the business going after I'm gone. Worry not though, you can always expect the same great deals and customer service you've always received from L&M Specialties. Wish me luck, please! :-D
