I hail from central Illinois, but because of my career, I have moved a great deal. I lived in Louisville, KY for 11 years thus the user id, And have been let down by the Cubs for far too long.
Payment policy
PayPal is probably the best thing to come along in years, that's probably why e-bay bought it. It is my only source for payment. If a seller doesn't offer it, I won't buy from them. Nor will I sell to people without an account with PayPal. Now that doesn't mean that they can keep raising the rates. If the cost gets any higher I may consider a change in policy.
Shipping information
I use USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. depending on the Item.
Return policy
I will accept returns and will refund (less shipping) if the item is defective, and I posted it to be without defects.

My Pet Peaves(e-Bay)
My biggest pet peave with doing business on e-bay is the sellers that hold their feedback hostage. When a buyer purchases and subsequently submits payment within the allotted time frame, feedback should be left immediately. There are many sellers that wait until the buyer leaves their feedback. This really infuriates me. I will try not to have any further relationship with those that do this. I believe, as stated earlier that integrity is of the utmost importance and anyone that holds the feedback hostage is totally without integrity!
