PLEASE NOTE: I had 100% feedback FOR YEARS until I RECENTLY had several BAD experiences with unscrupulous sellers. These sellers FORCED me to file PayPal disputes because they ignored my emails & I NEVER ever heard from them. I WON ALL PAYPAL DISPUTES & SELLERS LEFT RETALIATORY FEEDBACK WHICH I DID NOT DESERVE. I HAVE HAD 400+ POSITIVE FEEDBACKS UNTIL THESE SELLERS SENT ME DEFECTIVE ITEMS, NON RECEIPT OF ITEMS & OVERSOLD ITEMS!! DID NOT EVEN TELL ME I WAS NOT GETTING ITEMS. THEN THEY LEFT ME UNDESERVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. LOOK AT ALL THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK I HAVE RECEIVED FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF MY TRANSACTIONS OVER THE YEARS. THESE SELLERS LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO PENALIZE ME FOR FILING PAYPAL DISPUTES BUT THEY IGNORED ME & THE PROBLEM - FOR WEEKS. I DON'T LIKE FILING DISPUTES, & TRIED TO WORK THINGS OUT WITH SELLERS BUT YOU CANNOT IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOU. THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WAS ABSOLUTELY UNDESERVED & FILLED WITH LIES. I AM DISPUTING UNDESERVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITH EBAY.

I collect Royal Copeley, deer themed items & some Bakelite jewelry for myself. I truly value HONEST SELLERS who accurately represent their items & its condition in auction descriptions. I communicate with my sellers. I pay PROMPTLY. I VALUE HONESTY & INTEGRITY. I trust all sellers until they try to take advantage of my good nature. It is unfortunate that there seems to be more & more unscrupulous sellers on eBay which ruins the eBay experience.

When I began buying on eBay, sellers were honest. MANY sellers don't send items paid for, send DEFECTIVE trash & others fabricate THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS LIES in your feedback that they cannot POSSIBILY substantiate! I have tried to solve problems without involving PayPal but after emails are ignored you must protect yourself & the money you spent. My good character has been SLANDERED & TOTAL LIES have been posted by dishonest sellers who LOST PAYPAL DISPUTES. A smooth transaction is becoming a rarity. I never left negative feedback before but then I received defective items, never rec'd items or won auctions & seller refused to sell & honor their contract! Sellers don't respond to emails, try or even care to resolve problems. I pray that the new feedback system is more fair to buyers who have been at the mercy of sellers with NO INTEGIRTY. Sellers are resorting to LIES & SLANDEROUS COMMENTS so they seem like the victim! DON'T BELIEVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM SELLERS IN FEEDBACK THEY LIE!
