I DO NOT SHIP TO ITALY i usually ship with whatever is cheapest to keep the cost down for buyers. if you want express shipping, tracking or delivery comformation, please contact me before paying, and i will add it to your invoice total, however most of my items include a tracking number as protection for the buyer and the seller. tracking numbers are not available for international orders so that in excluded from my orders. if you are buying internationally and would like to have confirmation please let me know but please understand it can cost much more than the items is worth. please let me know and i will quote you. i go to the post office once a week. i cannot be held responsible for things lost in the mail if you don't request a US tracking number. once items leave my hands at the post office they are no longer in my control.

i do not accept returns unless there is something very wrong with the product. i do my best to describe in full the things that i sell. if you have any questions or concerns you are more than welcome to contact me before bidding. if you would like to return an item i charge a $15 restocking fee. this fee covers my shipping, two ebay fees, and the paypal charge. i also can't be held responsible for things lost in the mail if you do not request a US tracking number. i check my email 100 times a day, and will get to you as soon as possible to answer any questions. sometimes i will accept an exchange for product from www.lovemexleaveme.etsy.com or www.charmingcutecouture.etsy.com but it is up to me, and will be for an equal dollar amount, and will only be done after i recieve my product back in the mail.
