Cash/Credit Card/e-Check Payments through Paypal if the Buyer has a verified PayPal account and PayPal confirmed address. If an alternate payment method is needed please e-mail loveofpast@aol.com with your requested payment method for approval.
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars and must be received within 14 calendar days from date item listing ends or item is subject to resale and an Unpaid Item Dispute may be filed.
Shipping information
Shipping is normally done next business day after receipt of ~confirmed~ payment. Buyer pays for Shipping and Handling. If payment is made through PayPal, item will be shipped to confirmed address only. For International Buyers, all customs forms will list actual content and final item price paid. Buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes that may be imposed by receiving country. I will not be responsible for delivery or damage to international uninsured packages. I will guarantee to pack it well. I also will supply the Delivery Confirmation or Customs Form number, which can be viewed at the on-line site of the US Postal Service (www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm) to prove shipping.
Return policy
An item may be returned for any reason if we are notified within 3 days of item receipt, the item is mailed for return with Delivery Confirmation within 7 days of item receipt and we are supplied the DC Number. It must be received in original condition sent, with no alterations, and still retain our hidden identification mark. A refund of the item purchase price will be made after our inspection for condition and identification mark. There is a Lifetime Guarantee for any Autograph obtained from us that if it is ever proven or revealed to be other than as stated, the Original Buyer is entitled to a full refund upon the return of the item in the original condition.

Post Office Insurance Claim Policy
If it becomes necessary to file an Insurance Claim for an insured lost or damaged item mailed with the USPS, I will secure the necessary forms from the post office, fill out the Sender portion, attach any required documents and forward the claim packet to the Buyer as the USPS requires seeing the item and packing material for damage claims. The Buyer will need to complete the form and take it, the item and all the packing material to file with his/her local Post Office. All compensation received will be paid direct to the Buyer. Claims with Other Carriers will be handled on a case by case basis.
Return Check Policy
If a check is returned as uncashable the Buyer will be expected to replace the check with a Postal Money Order for the original check amount plus any returned check fees incurred. The Postal Money Order must be received within 10 business days from our notification of the returned check to Buyer or the check may be turned over to the Buyer's local law enforcement agency.
