Shipping is via USPS. We ship M-F, and within 2 days of payment being received. We send delivery confirmation on all shipments, and all orders over $25 & breakable items are insured, and if your package fails to arrive, or arrives damaged - you will be reimbursed through a claims process. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders shipped international first class and/or parcel post mail to select locations. Please check out listing or email us for shipping quotation - before bidding. REFUND POLICY: All sales are final, so please ask questions to be certain this item is indeed exactly what you are looking for. We give 100% refunds only if the item has been listed incorrectly or has been accidentally misrepresented. If it is our fault, we will gladly refund you for the item and return shipping. If you change your mind after receipt and do not want the item awarded, you can return it at your expense. We charge a 15% restocking / handling fee - and will refund the balance. All Returns / Refunds: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and item must be in same condition as when received.
