I'm an eBay-aholic. I shop for almost everything I need on eBay, from shoes, to clothing, to collectibles, and especially books. If I need something, I always check eBay first before I ever go to a store (if I go to the store).

I've worked as a secretary in a substance abuse rehab and that's what got me interested in the Hazelden books, not just alcohol and drugs, but behavioral and mental issues as well. At this point I work at a University and take graduate courses in Mental Health Counseling.

I prefer PayPal. I've been burned MANY times sending personal checks and money orders.

I don't sell many things, mostly just textbooks used in my college classes. My return policy would be handled on a case-by-case basis, unless my items are grossly misrepresented or I happen to send the wrong thing. Then of course, I would recommend any returns, but postage would be paid by the buyer.
