Born in Rio de Janeiro and lived there until 2001, when I married, in Brazil, my American husband, and moved to the US. We both met through my business (www.MKimonos.com). I had a wonderful life, my dad is a doctor and my mom a French teacher. I studied Journalism, Literature: English/Portuguese and have a degree in Law. I used to have lots of fun while single in Rio: beaches, bars in front of the beaches, night-clubs, restaurants, family! In Rio, it's impossible to have to repeat one single event. There's so much to do there! But, on the other hand, I love the calm pace that we live while in the suburbs. I miss A LOT having my living maids, though... It's been a real struggle for me to have to do it all... But American people are great and I feel safer here, especially now that I have a chid. I enjoy very much my family and the life I have: my son, my husband, my three dogs and the family in Brazil and my in laws that live in New Hampshire.
