Nason's Appliances Co. has been in business for over 70 years in Crown Point, Ind. Our owner Eric is looking to reach out to more customers by opening an EBay store for you to explore. I, Ryan, am running the store and will take all questions.

We are located at 1158 E. Summit Street and sell appliances such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Fisher-Paykel, Frigidaire, GE, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid and LG. We also sell televisions such as Samsung or Toshiba. We sell brand new factory sealed products (unless noted otherwise). All our products come with the full manufaturer’s warranty on them (usually 1- or 2-year warranty). We can also offer you an extended warranty and rebate offers. We currently do not sell any used, refurbished or scratch and dent.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal. We will also accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. (If you are sending a money order or personal check, there will be a delay on the shipment unless we can verify the funds immediately.) If it is a local delivery, the highest you will pay is $30. If you are south of Renssalaer, you could pay anywhere between $50-$125 depending on weight and mileage. (see Freight Delivery below if you are out of state)

If an item is purchased in error and/or exhibits no signs of damage the customer will be responsible for shipping the item to our store in Crown Point, Indiana using the same packaging and method of transportation as was used when the product was delivered. These items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued ONLY AFTER the item has been received and is inspected.

Most items over 125-150 pounds will need to be shipped via Freight. To try to save the customer some $$$, I would ask that you contact me before buying your item so you know exactly what it's going to cost to be shipped to you. We can usually work out a deal if you buy 2 or more items (of course, it depends on weight too).

Nason’s Online Store Policies for IND and ILL residents -- INDIANA RESIDENTS: Indiana residents are the only customers responsible for sales tax (6%). But shipping costs could be less depending on where you live (in Indiana). Delivery prices range from $10-$125 per item. Please email us your name and phone number for questions to find out what it will cost you. Illinois Residents: We already have a customer base in Illinois but we’re trying to expand on that. Please email us or contact me (Ryan) for questions on a delivery quote. You can also come in and purchase your items. (There is no re-stocking fee if you come in and purchase the item: Just ask for Ryan). Please note: Midwest Savers do not get special deal on the Internet; only in the store.

Shipping rates are dependent on your location and if you live in rural or urban area. We do not ship outside the 48 States, nor do we ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Smaller items will be shipped via Federal Express or DHL while larger items will be shipped through a network of interstate carriers, UPS or FEDEX Freight. Please note, items shipped via common carrier will be considered residential curbside delivery. This means, quite literally, that your items will be delivered to the curb in front of your home. It does not include moving the item into your home, garage, or other location nor does it include any type of installation. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment once the product has arrived at your local/regional terminal. A signature is required at time of delivery. Please include a daytime phone number with your shipping information. Extraordinary delivery locations may create additional delivery charges.
