Raised in Chicago IL. 3 stories upward I loved the old
flats, a word that meant apartment, with woodwork from the 1800's so I feel I have had an early on love for Antiques/Vintage items and a love to preserve them for future generations.
Payment policy
Paypal, Money orders. Checks if you have over 100+ feedback and it is 99.9% good.
Been bit by bouncing check fees. So I rarely accept checks anymore.
I prefer Paypal.
Shipping information
I prefer shipping Priority. It is fast and adds only a few cents more than ground which can take much longer for the item to get to the buyer. I do offer shipping choices unless stated otherwise. Sometimes I add a small handing fee to help cover costs of packing as with Vintage-Antique, I pack with EXTRA packing materials, mainly bubble wrap, so the item does not break suspending the item in the middle of a UPS box because the boxes are strong. On some items, insurance is a must BUT it is your choice on inexpensive items. I do require insurance on costly items. If buyer refuses I am not responsible.
I ship within 3 days of purchase.
Most items are shipped the following day after payment is received.
Return policy
7 days return, buyer pays shipping costs. Shipping cost is not refundable so I advise you to look over the item well, request more photo's if needed so we both save time and money and both are satisfied :-)
All my items are as stated and I do my homework to the best of my knowledge describing it.

No payers
My advise to the buyer: try to talk over the problem with your seller as no one wants bad feedback. Buyers should understand, to provide selling on eBay it costs to list and to re-list. We do not get refunded if you do not pay for the item when we re-list it unless it sells. This also delays the sale for 14 days, 7 days when you bid then 7 more when re-listed so you can see why sellers get upset as we are here to make a little money to keep on going. So talk it over with your seller. eBay sellers are usually nice:-) Hey, as you can see, I am a buyer as well :-)
Leaving Feedback
Leaving feedback is very much appreciated and needed for the seller and the buyer. It enables other sellers and buyers to get establish on eBay with a good (or not so good) reputation. Hopefully good:-) It builds a trust which makes the eBay community a great place for all to sell and buy. So please take time and leave feedback for your seller. :-)
I DO NOT nag buyers for feedback. If at all I might send a one time reminder.
I do not feel nagging a buyer will bring back return customers. That is just my own philosophy.
I do feel it is polite to do so.
If I do not receive feedback, I do not leave any for that transaction.
