All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
We are a Cherokee family-owned business -- 3 generations of us, to be exact. In addition to the bookstore, we maintain our own website, enjoy ebaying, and vend at local powwows and historical association meetings.
Things I sell
Business InformationHistory/background
We began selling Cherokee genealogy books & language lessons in 1998. In 2000, we started selling on Ebay. Since 1998, we have grown in leaps and bounds, extending our product line to include other tribes, such as Creek, Seminole, Shawnee, Apache, Navajo, Cheyenne, Chippewa, Siox, to name a few. About three years ago, we began accepting invitations to vend at powwows and historical societies meeting. We love doing what we do!
Payment policy
We accept Paypal, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards through our own merchant account.
Shipping information
We try to keep shipping rates as low as possible by offering both media and Priority rates. We package all orders with extreme care. As an environmental concern, we recycle boxes and bubble wrap whenever possible. Keep in mind that shipping involves more than just stamps -- shipping supplies, labor, not to mention the skyrocketing cost of gasoline to the post office every day, etc.
Return policy
As careful as we are with shipping, sometimes something will get lost or damaged by the post office. If this happens, just send a polite email explaining what happened. We'll quickly and courteously fix the problem.
Contact information
If you need to speak with one of us and can't find the number on the invoice, leave us an email or Ebay form note and we'll call you or give you our phone number. Our phone number is no secret to our customers, but I'm a bit leary of posting in for just anyone to see.
Thank You To All Our Ebay Friends
Over the years, we have met some of the nicest people on Ebay and made lasting friendships. It's always a thrill to meet one of our Ebay friends in person. Sometimes when we're at an event, someone will recognize us from Ebay and introduce themselves. I just can't convey what a thrill that is!
