We try to ship ASAP - time range is usually 1-3 business days. Most shipping is done via CanadaPost expedited delivery to keep costs low (5-10 business days within Canada/USA). Most parcels come with a tracking number and up to $100 insurance (included in our shipping price). Please ask questions if you have any concerns! Express shipping is made available upon request.
