We have been buying and selling on Ebay for over 5 years and pride ourselves in providing top notch service. Our customers mean the world to us. And without them, there is no Lulu's Groove. To ensure each buyers absolute satisfaction, we promise to always: provide painfully accurate item descriptions, display multiple high quality images for each item, charge actual shipping costs, respond to every inquiry and request within 24 hours, package each item with great care and consideration, and to ship every package in a timely manner. You should never be expected to settle for less.

Payment is due within 10 calendar days. Options include Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks (20+ positive feedback comments required, clearance delay)

All packages ship within 3 to 5 business days after cleared payment. Most items will be sent USPS Priority, but those deserving special consideration, because of size or weight, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the most economical means of shipping.

Because we are a small business, we do not have the ability to except returns without merit. Returns are only approved if we have grossly misrepresented an item. Should this happen, the buyer should contact us immediately and return the item within 3 days, in its original condition. That being said, we go to great lengths to precisely describe every detail of the items we sell, and we have never had a return for misrepresentation. Should you find yourself unhappy with your item, just let us know. We will try to work with you to find a fair solution for both parties.

We know that this will not apply to 99% of the Ebay community, but must be included none-the-less. All payments are due within 10 calendar days. There are no exceptions to this rule unless you have contacted us for approval first. If the payment is not received in the allotted amount of time, we will begin filing for fee credits and a non paying bidder warning will be issued. We will follow up with appropriate feedback, and do not live in fear of retaliation.

We love our international friends and welcome you as buyers. Most international orders will ship Airmail Parcel Post or Airmail Letter Post depending on weight. All international purchases must be paid with Paypal.
