Our family creative outlet, Deciduous Designs Studio, started as a long-time hobby of creating Habitat Art, mostly for the fun of it... over a decade ago we did all the official paperwork to make it a real business, selling at local events & Galleries... and in February of 2006 we opened our eBay Store... as self-taught middle-aged computer folks, we're still trying to figure out how a lot of the eBay Store features function... we sure do appreciate the patience of those who are more computer-literate than we. Ann does about 90% of our eBay sales work, Dan is very much her tech-support staff in many ways. We are, quite literally, a Mom & Pop operation. We do not sell anything that we don't have in our possesion, so you don't have to worry about buying something & then not getting it. We offer high quality Goods & many One-of-a-Kind creations. We acccept Paypal, & either Cashier's Check or Money Order. If you pay by a Money Order or Cashier's Check we ship when the payment has cleared at our Bank. Paypal allows for faster cleared payment, thus faster shipping. We have taken personal checks; but please understand that our Bank may take up to 15 days to consider these as Cleared, delaying shipment. Life happens... if your payment will be delayed, we appreciate hearing how soon we can expect to receive it.

We ship usually twice a week, but sometimes only once in a week. Because we also work at Real World jobs, we cannot promise more than once weekly shipping. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping, we go the extra measure to keep our customers happy.

Do not Bid on an item if you do not intend to own it. We sell quality items & provide excellent descriptions. Sorry, but after a couple of very bad experiences, we no longer do Returns. Packaging is done carefully, with more than adequate protection for shipping. For most of our items Shipping Insurance is optional, & it is always highly recommended. Depending on the item's weight, size, price, Buyer's country, & shipping method buyer selects, some items going to International buyers may not be able to be insured by USPS.

Please, contact us via the eBay Message system. When we experienced computer virus situations in 2006, all of our personal emails vanished... but, all of our Messages in the eBay system remained intact.

We value the opportunity that eBay provides for a safe & friendly worldwide marketplace. Please, use your eBay membership in a responsible manner. Be aware that in order to protect & maintain the integrity of the eBay Community, we do report all non-paying Bidders to the eBay support staff. We also forward all phishing & spam to the Authorities at both eBay & Paypal, for investigation & possible referral to Law Enforcement Agencies for potential criminal prosecution.

Due to a tough combination of cumputer problems & severe winter weather, followed by Ann's mother's cancer care & her own heart attack... Our eBay world collapsed. Thankfully the eBay & Paypal systems eventually provided full refunds to the affected customers. Subsequently, we were suspended due to our temporary neglect. Please, look at the almost 1000 positive feedback received over the years. Starting in October 2009, we are back, and will uphold our long-established high standards.
