I am 26 years old and have been collecting Coach Handbag and accessories for quite some time. I usually like to change up my style so every now and then I will sell my older styles that I no longer use to help pay for my new styles...ha ha ha.. So here I am on Ebay encountering some wonderful people to help me with this task :) I am a very honest seller and do my best to describe every item up for bid and take pictures to my best ability. If you ever need more pictures or have any questions about the description, feel free to ask, I really do not mind taking time to make you more comfortable on what you are bidding on :)
Payment policy
Payment is to be expected within 7 days of auction end.
I accept Paypal ONLY! (with a confirmed address only)
Communication on when & how you plan to pay would be appreciated within three days of auction end if you can please.
If there is NO communication & NO payment after 7 days, I open a Non-Paying Bidder dispute & you will then have UP TO an additional 7 days for me to receive payment as I may offer item to the 2nd highest bidder after 7 days of auction end whereas I do not receive any communication or payment. If the 2nd chance offer is accepted, the item will NO longer be available for you to purchase and you will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Strike. I do this as to receive a Final Value Fee credit & an Insertion Fee credit to re-list item if payment is not made and 2nd chance offer is not accepted. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK may also be left by me if you fail to meet the terms of the contract when you bid & win the auction.
Shipping information
Shipping & handling charge MAY POSSIBLY BE more than actual shipping cost as I compensate for the box, tape & mesh paper I buy & use to ship. I don’t over-price my shipping to make additional profit. If you don’t agree to possibly paying more than actual shipping, please don’t bid.
I typically ship Priority Mail or First Class depending on weight of item. You will get an email of the delivery confirmation number as well. If you would like a different form of shipping or add an additional service such as overnight, express, parcel post, signature confirmation, registered mail or any other service instead or added, please contact me & I will give you a quote.
Insurance is optional, purchase at your discretion. But I am not responsible for stolen packages off your doorstop or damaged/lost packages in transit to you ect... A delivery confirmation serves as a purpose to prove that item was mailed to you. Delivery confirmation is already included in shipping.
Return policy
I ONLY accept refunds if found NOT to be AUTHENTIC by a COACH Dealer. You must submit to me on a company letterhead of the dealer, in writing what they describe (the type of handbag and serial number ect.) that it is not authentic & have them provide the company name, address & phone number. Item must be returned to me in ORIGINAL condition as sold & within 3 days of you receiving it. But, to be honest, I am not worried, everything I sell, I PERSONALLY know with my knowledge, that they are 100% authentic but this policy is given to you for piece of mind and in good faith for good service.
Feedback
Feedback is an excellent way to let future buyers or sellers of mine, how your transaction was OVERALL with me. It is NOT a way to communicate problems or concerns. If you feel unjust about something, please communicate with me and give me the chance to remedy the problem before you leave a neutral or negative feedback or comment on problems or concerns you had with the transaction. I would greatly appreciate that. I leave feedback for sellers, after I receive the item and am satisfied. I leave feedback for buyers after they leave it for me and are satisfied and feel it was a successful transaction. Feedback is ALWAYS about the overall transaction, Not just receiving a payment quickly..keep that in mind..Thank you.
