Very good pricing and pens / packs were just as described. The only potential negative is that they are on heavy paperboard backing and were shipped in a plastic envelope so that the 'cards' were bent. They wouldn't look nice to include in a gift basket or stocking but are great for what I need. I did have one question and seller responded very quickly! Very prompt shipping. I would purchase from this seller again!

Good transaction, but they only sent 7 of the 12 bottles. Once I told them of the shortage, they immediately refunded me for the missing 5 bottles. However, the person who packaged the shipment should have known the order wasn't full filled, notified supervisor and company should have let me know of the shortage.

I rated this seller a positive for working with me on this product. Fast shipping and packing. However the deodorant wasn't as shown as advertised for the 48 hour deodorant. I really liked that brand until it got discontinued by the manufacturer for stupid reasons. Seller needs to update their advertising pictures, as I had to send them back.

Items as described. Excellent price. Two (2) of the packages inside the box were slit open like a razor blade went through them. Shipping was slow. I sent the seller a message 5 days after ordering these items since they hadn't been shipped; seller did ship them later that day. Unfortunately, it took another 7 days to arrive (not seller's fault).
