The absolute worst experience! Do not buy from this seller I am warning you as you do not want to go through what I just went through. This seller made it impossible to get my refund! And once they receive their item back, they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know that they received it let alone refund me back. This was  an unpleasant seller to deal with to say the least. (you have been warned)

After 2K bags sold with perfect record, eventually ran into a crazy Florida woman. She wanted a refund before returning the item, filed a case with eBay, fund was hold and no longer my control. How do you respond to such irrational person?
