product was delivered on time..but when I opened the package the creme developer was all over the inside of the package and the bottle which had been taped up was wet with the developer.I had to clean everything and use gloves since the creme developer can irritate your hands...I messaged the seller and said I would keep it but would never do business,again and not one word did I receive from this seller........ included pictures to the seller.....EBay watch your sellers better!!!
