Whistle Stop Toys is a small family owned and operated company with the single goal of reaching as many children as possible and encouraging them to use the wonderful imagination they were blessed with. An imagination knows no limits or bounderies except those which are imposed by the individual. Whistle Stop Toys hopes to encourage the use and expansion of imaginations worldwide through the distribution of IET's (imagination Enhancing Toys). PayPal is the preferred method of Paymentfor Whistle Stop Toys. Payments and Combined Shipping Whistle Stop Toys requests payment no later than 7 days from your first auction win or store purchase. We encourage buyers to combine items to save on shipping, but ask that you let us know if you are going to exceed our 7 day limit. Once you are done shopping, please combine your items through the eBay check-out or email us for a combined invoice. Whistle Stop Toys is based in Northern California and therefor, Whistle Stop Toys currently charges sales tax for California residents only (8.25%).

Shipping Rates All orders from Whistle Stop Toys will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. In all instances an email notification will be sent once your item has shipped. For large or heavy orders, your package will ship with one of the ground carriers and tracking will be provided. With USPS, a delivery confirmation number is provided. This cannot be used to track your order. We ship items every business day and are not responsible for delays by parcel carriers, notably during the Holidays when carriers experience increased traffic. We charge a flat fee shipping rate for which is noted on the item’s description page along with combined and free shipping specials. Please let us know if your item is lost and we will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. If the item cannot be located within 24 hours of receiving the notification Whistle Stop Toys will issue a replacement item or refund the amount of the item. (Shipping charges will not be refunded.)

Broken Item Policy Your order will most likely arrive unharmed. However, there are still instances (very infrequent) that an item will arrive broken. If the item appears to be damaged while still in the packaging, “Do not open the item!” Instead notify Whistle Stop Toys immediately. Most Manufacturers have warrantees against defects and getting a replacement from the factory may be quicker. If the item is discovered to be broken after the original factory packaging has been opened, save “ALL” the original packaging and contact Whistle Stop Toys to arrange return shipping. Once the item has returned you will be contacted via the email provided with your order about the status of your replacement. If a replacement is not available a refund for the price of the item will be refunded.
