Lyon Media & More was formed in Jan 2007, but one of our founders has been buying and selling items on eBay.com and half.com since 2001, so we've been around for a while.
Payment policy
We prefer PayPal but also accept money orders/cashier's checks through late October, when these are no longer acceptable eBay payments. Credit card payments are also accepted (through Paypal). We request that the buyer contact us within 3 days of auction close if payment is other than PayPal to make arrangements. We require payment to be RECEIVED within 7 days of auction close. If payment is through Paypal, the shipping address must be a confirmed Paypal address (through late October). We will deny payment made through Paypal that does not include a confirmed address. If the buyer does not wish to pay through Paypal, he/she may pay with a cashier's check or money order instead (through late October).
Shipping information
Item(s) are normally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. For the buyer's protection, we strongly encourage the buyer to purchase shipping insurance, which is an additional cost of $1.70. We only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses (until late October) within the continental U.S. at this time. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries as our business grows. If an item is lost AND the buyer purchased insurance, we will file the insurance claim. Refund or replacement of item (if available) will be sent once claim has been settled and we have received reimbursement for the item.
Return policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the details of the listing to ensure item he/she bids on is what he/she wishes to purchase. Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described in the auction or if the wrong item is received. Refund of purchase price plus return shipping (via Paypal) will be given if item is returned within 7 days of receipt. If the wrong item is received, item will be exchanged for the correct item and return shipping cost of original item will be refunded.

Shipments & Insurance
Once item has been delivered to the post office for shipment, we are not responsible for USPS transit times. USPS estimates shipment times for the following types of shipments:
Priority - 2 to 3 business days
First Class - 2 to 5 business days
Media Mail - 2 to 9 business days
We strongly encourage the buyer to purchase shipping insurance, which is offered as an optional service for a cost of $1.70.
Feedback Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction in each transaction. If there is a problem, we would appreciate the chance to remedy it before leaving negative feedback for us. Please email us (through eBay messages) with any concerns or questions you have. Our policy on leaving feedback: we leave it AFTER the buyer has received the item(s) and has left feedback for us. This ensures there is no problem with the delivery, condition of item, etc. and that the customer is satisfied with the transaction.
