SIMPLY A CLASSIC...
I have loved this movie since I was a child. The music is timeless, the story is romantic and it is simply part of Christmas every year in my household. I bought the DVD to upgrade from my VHS copy. It is to be watched year after year after year...

Good, but not great
I bought this book because my Kindergartener has scored all advanced grades on her report card. I wanted to give her some more challenging material to think about. She enjoys a lot of the short stories and fables in the book (which we have in other books as well), but I think a lot of this book is simply out of date. There are several poems that I think are downright old-fashioned and lots of more modern ones that could be used instead. It's a good book to pick and choose some items to read to your child, but certainly not to be used as a full curriculum. I am a little disappointed in it and will not be buying any of the other grades.
