I'm a single dad trying to raise three wonderful daughters. I'm a mac aficionado, not to be confused with a mac fanatic. I mainly sell Apple/Mac products, but I've been known to sell a PC or two. I'm also an engineer by education and experience.

I've been operating my mac store on eBay for about 2 years. I mainly sell parts for powerbooks, but I also sell Mac systems and Apple displays. I also occasionally stock miscellaneous stuff that I come across on my shopping ventures.

Shipping information
I ship small items (less than 5 lbs) using USPS Priority Mail. It is an economical service that reliably delivers items in less than 3-5 days. For heavier items, I use primarily use DHL. DHL has reasonable rates and I've had lots of success with their services. If you prefer a different shipping service, just contact me and I can use that service.
Return policy
My main goal is customer satisfaction. I accept returns on most items within the first 30 days after purchase. I don't accept returns on electronic components unless they are DOA, and I occasionally sell 'AS-IS' items that are also not refundable. For the most part, I'm pretty easy to work with. I trust that most of my customers are honest and when they report a damaged or defective item, that that is the case. I'm willing to work out just about any problem that arises when a buyer has a complaint with their purchase.
