I try to test all my items as best as I can and accurately describe them to the best of my ability. If an item's condition is received DOA or Defective and this was not described as such in auction I urge the winning bidder to contact me ASAP to work out some sort of agreement. I normally will replace or refund the item minus the shipping cost.
