Shipping information
I ship the least expensive method unless you pay for expedited shipping, tracking, or insurance. If you pay with PayPal, it must have delivery confirmation. PayPal favors those who whine first! My only protection is delivery confirmation. And it usually isn't cheap. Shipping charges are from the Canada Post website, and vary regularly. I don't always package ahead of time, so shipping charges are estimates, unless otherwise indicated.
Return policy
If you pay for insurance and there is proven (photos, please) damage or loss, you get all your money back. If you don't, I may offer a partial refund. I only allow returns if I've misrepresented something, in which case you get everything back, including your shipping cost. For big ticket items, like swords or other expensive items, I offer a variable examination period of up to a week, during which you can get a refund, less shipping, if you are unhappy with the purchase.
Feedback Policy
I leave feedback only when the transaction is complete, and all parties are satisfied. If you are unhappy after all is said and done, I apologize, but it's not because I didn't try to help out. I don't leave retaliatory feedback, but I will comment on feedback if I think its unfair.
