I HATE DHL!!! They always give me problems. UPS is the way to go. The USPS is good for small packages but I prefer to use the Brown Man.

There is never a need for negative feedback in either direction. This is eBay, not amazon.com, most folks here are not professional merchants and you have to cut people some slack.

I usually require a feedback score of 10 or better to do business. I believe it takes that long to get the basics of how eBay works. Buy from some huge merchants a couple of times to get your feet wet (they can afford some ignorant negative feedback, I can't).
