All items in Store format will be shipped within 2 days of payment recieved. Items up for auction will be shipped upon receipt of payment. All items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Insurance is available at the purchasers request, otherwise all items are shipped uninsured. We do use tracking numbers on all purchases so both parties of the sale can assure items are shipped and approximate delivery dates. We use paypal shipping, stamps.com, usps.com, and UPS.

Most items we sell have a return policy. Some 3 days, 7days, 14 days, and 30 days. Return postage is paid by the purchaser, under special circumstances, we may absorb the cost of return postage by sending a pre-printed address label with postage.
