Paypal (preffered),or credit cards via ProPay. From January 2009 eBay will no longer allow sellers to accept checks or money orders.

We ship within 3-4 business days, all though many items are shipped within 24 hours of payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During particularly busy times shipping may take a little longer. We ship with great care, ensuring items are well packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Combined shipping is available on most items. Please contact us before payment is sent in order for us to combine the items. Goods already paid for cannot usually be combined as the shipping process will already have begun. Discount will be calculated on eligible items. Items with free shippng will not qualify for a shipping discount.

Faulty items may be returned within 7 days provided you first tell us about the fault and request a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns on non-faulty goods or items that you simply do not like. Returns are initially at the buyer's expense, this will be refunded if we determine that the item is faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged 'like for like' unless out of stock in which case a store credit will be given.

Please use the eBay messaging system to contact us as this enures that messages do not get deleted by our spam trap.

Please allow 24 hours for us to reply to messages as we cannot monitor messages all day. Messages left to the last minute may not be answered in time.

We ship many items worldwide. Due to current difficulties with Italian bidders we are not able to ship to Italy at this time. Not all items are available internationally. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes and fees on their ourchases. These vary from country to country and cannot be determined by us.
