I believe that if you set out to treat your customers with the utmost respect, and make honesty a cornerstone of your business and not just a happy coincidence every now and then, you cannot fail. When I list something on E-Bay, you can rest assured that the description is accurate. If something slips by me, I will do all in my power to make things right. I have only ever had one item returned to me due to an inaccurate description, and unlike almost every other seller on or off E-Bay, I not only reembursed the customer's original cost for the item and shipping, but for the return shipping as well. The inaccurate description was my fault, not theirs, and they should not have had to pay for my mistake. Customer Service is my number one priority.

I prefer Pay-Pal above all other means. It allows me to ship the items much faster than if I have to wait for a check or money order to clear.

I try to ship everything within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. Most items are packaged and ready to go (Minus the label.) right after I take the pictures for the auction.

I accept returns under the following conditions only: The item does not match the description. Detailed photos are taken before shipment in order to verify any such claims. That’s it folks. Other than that very unlikely event, you know what you are getting before you bid. I must receive an e-mail stating your intention to return the item, and the reason you wish to return it within 7 days of your receipt of the item. I will do all that I can to resolve any problems that may arise. All that I ask is that you be as reasonable with me, as I will be with you.
