Me is actually us! My fiancé and I sell great products thru our company Jupiter Direct. We live in a beautiful part of NJ and enjoy our children! We also have a good time selling on eBay because of the many nice buyers and sellers in this community.

I've been on eBay since 2000. My fiancé and I began selling on eBay in 2006 here and there. In 2007 we began to seriously try to sell different items: clothes, jewelry, computers and other electronics. Customer service is very important to both of us. We try to communicate as much as possible with our customers, provide very accurate descriptions, quick initiation of shipping, and quick responses to questions or concerns. In addition to earning money we want happy and satisfied customers since we believe that's what's expected of us and other sellers in the eBay community. I know that's what we expect of people we buy from! In January 2008 we attained Silver PowerSeller Status and consider it an honor and sincerely thank all of our wonderful customers for putting us there! We are constantly looking for different sales items to offer. So please don't be surprised if we're selling Apple Macs one month and then selling Coach Handbags the next or even selling both at the same time!! :)

We prefer payments through PayPal but we will also accept money orders or cashier's bank checks. We will not be able to ship until full payment has cleared to our account. As a friendly piece of advice for all of your eBay transactions (not only with us): When making purchases you should always try to use PayPal with a credit card. Sellers can not see your credit card information when using PayPal. Also in case of a fraudulent seller, PayPal will not always refund your full amount. If that happens you can always file a dispute with your credit card company. Unfortunately this has happened to us a few times over the years with certain sellers. We want to share this information with others so that they can avoid falling victim to unscrupulous sellers! You should always give the seller the chance to make things right by contacting them first before filing any kind of dispute.

We ship with in 3 days of payment clearing to our account. We primarily use the US Postal Service and DHL. At times we may use UPS. We use the US Postal Service for our international shipments.
