I have had experience in music retail and enjoy creating a pleasant, friendly shopping environment. I think this can be done on line, as well as in a traditional store. My brother calls me a Professional Shopper and I always have my eyes open for a deal. Often I buy more than I need--especially to take advantage of a gift with purchase or free shipping offer. All of the make up I sell is purchased by myself from a high-end department store or reputable on line retailer, or was a gift with purchase.

I like to offer free shipping whenever possible. I package all of my items with great care, though sometimes I will reuse a bubble mailer in good condition in the interest of true recycling. More often than not though my customers say 'it's like receiving a gift'. I will ship either regular mail (first class USPS) or Priority Mail. Insurance for these shipments is not included and should be selected at time of checkout if you so desire. Larger or heavier items will ship by FedEx Ground which INCLUDES delivery conformation and the first $100 insurance. Sometimes, I ship FedEx Ground for FREE. In any case, the shipping format and cost (if any) will be clearly stated within each auction. I prefer to ship to street addresses rather than PO boxes, please. I do ship internationally for a modest price, however overseas bidders should purchase tracking if there is any doubt of being able to receive packages safely.

Since I am merely an individual, with no store or any connection with any company or store, I do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as stated due to an error in the listing.
