    Factory Sealed - 312-03459 Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Standard x64 5 CAL

One of the worst install experiences of... well, anything
At this point, if you're buying Exchange Server 2007, it's because you need it, and you know you need it. But this is flat out the worst software upgrade experience of any software I have ever used on any platform in 17 years of IT administration. I've built things from source that went easier than upgrading a very small business server from Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange Server 2007. The upgrade procedure reads like a textbook run through an obfuscation filter, there are dozens of points at which it can go wrong, and arcane, extremely specific procedures you need to do in preparation or after the fact scattered about like landmines. For what this costs, and how widely adopted it is, there should be an upgrade wizard for organizations with a single server and less than hundreds of users. Instead, you're stuck using procedures designed for Microsoft's own server farm for a business with dozen users, half of which don't apply to you. Egad, this is awful software.
