Items will ship within 3 business days, and if your order is Paypal approved/verified before 2PM PST (M - Fri.), it will often ship the same day, if not the next day.

Will accept returns on new items if returned within 7 to 30 days of receipt of order(depending on each manufacturer - you will have to read the description of return policy for each order). Buyer must pay for all return shipments. Defective items will be replaced, if still in stock, if not, money will be refunded. If you want to return an item that is NOT defective there is a 10% to 15% restocking fee (depending on the manufacturer). Your money (for the item only) will then be refunded minus the restocking fee. Some returns require an RA# (return authorization number) and you need to contact me for one.
