Manifest ART is an ebay jewel identification and replacement store for Finding Enid with LOVE, L3C, a Colorado-based small business with a social purpose: to discover mid-century decorative artist and fashion icon Enid Collins through her handbags and the people who wear them.
In 2011, I stumbled upon my first vintage Collins of Texas purse -- a 1968 square LOVE box bag –- and have been in LOVE ever since! I collect, research and document original Enid Collins artworks according to museum registration methods, identify and authenticate them based on physical observation, and restore them using genuine faux jewels and other period materials. Today, the Finding Enid with LOVE collection includes more than 900 original Collins of Texas box bags and totes with hundreds of jewel patterns. Through my work, I hope to help everyone share the LOVE of Collins of Texas vintage bags, and illuminate Enid Collins as a significant American decorative artist and entrepreneur.
