Currently, I accept PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, and sometimes personal check. I realize that offering the personal check option is somewhat risky, but I also understand the convenience it offers my buyers. Therefore, until problems arise, I will offer this convenient option! :0) For ebooks, I only accept PayPal, as immediate payment is required so that the ebook can be delivered immediately to you.

I will ship items out as quickly after the auction ends as possible. I say 3-5 business days to be safe, but always do my best to get the item shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Paying by PayPal will make this more likely to happen, especially when paying with your PayPal balance or credit/debit card. Paying by echeck through PayPal will cause a delay of about 4-5 business days for payment to clear.

We always hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase and do whatever we can on our part to make that happen. However, if you receive your item and are not satisfied, you may contact us within 7 days regarding a refund. In most circumstances, a full refund (less any shipping and handling charges) will be given once the returned item has been received in the same condition it was shipped to you. Mystery auctions are exempt from our return policy due to the nature of this auction. Since in a mystery aucthion you are only bidding on a box, or an envelope, or something of that nature, and everything inside of it is a gift, it is not prudent for us to offer a full refund for these auctions. However,in extreme situations, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis for my mystery auctions.
