I've collected and studied Antiques most of my life and have a huge library of books on the subject. I've been leisurely selling on eBay for several years. I still enjoy going to auctions and estate sales, but I purchase very little.

I accept payments via PayPal only. This enables me to send your item within about two days and you will receive it within 2-3 days. Payment must be received within five days of the sale date (unless you make other arrangements before buying).

I ship (usually next day) via the United States Postal Service, Parcel Post Mail (6-10 day service). I've tried every other shipping method and I've found that the USPS is the fastest, most reliable and the most economical way to ship. I pack my items and sets very securely and I've never had an item damaged or returned!

I have a 7-day return policy. But only if you find MAN-MADE damage that I didn't call out. I don't describe manufacturers flaws unless they are major. If you're looking for perfect, PLEASE don't order anything from me! NOTHING IS PERFECT! I won't take items back because you've decided that you don't want or like it - my photos are good and my descriptions are detailed - ask questions before buying! I don't refund shipping charges on returned items. One thing that I will not do is to make adjustments on the price of the item (in other words, if you decide that you want to keep the item, but you don't think it's worth what you paid for it and would like a partial refund - FORGET IT, you will have two choices: Return it for a refund of the purchase price or keep it!

You can contact me via eBay's (ask seller a question) which is located on the right side of each listing. If you haven't made a purchase and you try to contact me via regular email - your email will go into my junk mail and I won't receive it. I never check my junk mail!

I probably spend more time describing and giving documented information about the item's that I list than any other seller on eBay. When it comes to stating the condition of an item, most sellers simply say - estate silver or as found or normal condition or some other obscure information. I specify very Lightly Used, Unused, Like-New, etc. and either show defects or the degree of use with close-up photos and a description of the flaw/defect. I'm a mild perfectionist so quite often, I go into to much detail and end up making the item sound terrible (people tell me this all the time). I want my buyers to be happy with their item, and to date everyone has been. I always try to relate where and from whom I purchased the item along with a brief history of the maker and when the item was made. SATISFACTION IS THE KEY TO SELLING!

Please don't make offers unless I have the (Make Offers Box Checked). If I'm soliciting an offer - Please don't waste your time making a ridiculous one! I buy most of my items from estates and pay fair prices for them. I never go to thrift sales or flea markets. My profit margin is about 20-30%. I 'm trying to find homes that will appreciate and use the items that I've collected over the years. I have enough money to live on so I don't rely on my eBay sales for that. I seldom auction anything, I simply sell them.
