Easy Shiny Nails
The Amope Nail Care System is a small lightweight battery powered nail file. It's powerful enough to make filing and buffing easy, but small enough to fit in a purse. Although it's called Pedi Perfect, I use one for my fingernails, to give a smooth shine without nail polish. I have another, larger, electric nail file, but the Amope is easier for me to hold and use!

Non-fishy Fish Oil Supplement
Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Softgels are a non-fishy fish oil supplement. They have a light lemon scent and do not come back to haunt you later, as other fish oils seem to do! My doctor recommended these to me, and I am very pleased with them.
