This item arrived in one piece, was as described, and was packaged well. The fondue forks were all broken (but that was not due to shipping), but the fondue bowl & stand - which are the main pieces were fine. I thought the shipping cost was way too much (as I ordered the exact same item from another seller on ebay and the shipping for that was half the price of this sellers shipping.
